Team leaders have many functions

Team leaders have many functions. In public services, these vary from helping the team to decide on how their positions, roles and responsibilities will be separated between its members to help focusing on the task and deciding and resolving interpersonal disagreements.
The team leader can be the main point for communication between the team members in public services.
They need to encourage and keep open communication as some people enjoy being the team leader some people don’t.
The leaders in the public services help the team improve and maintain a good way of performing and focusing on the task even though some leaders may fail because they’re not able to manage their members properly.
