For many years, scientists and health official have been in conflict about the damaging effects of smoking for our health. With many serious complications that comes with smoking, it can lead to pancreas cancer, lung disease, cancer, heart disease, kidney failure, trachea, bronchitis, asthma, reproductive damage, birth defects, stomach cancer which is due to many chemicals, compounds, and poisons, and many other destructive damages. It can also cause the skin to wrinkle and age faster. As a health hazard, smoking can be very damaging to unborn babies which can cause serious birth defects. Most smokers claim it services them release stress and relax. The negative effects can out balance the positive due too long-term smoking. One of the main problems today that is killing people is smoking. One cigarette can lead to addiction. Smokers is not only hurting themselves, but also hurt the others around them that is inhaling it into their nostrils.
