Leveraging on technology has gained and attention popularity among various organizations (Gayeski, 2002; Andersen et al., 2003; Siau and Shen, 2003; Siau et al., 2004). Currently, the use of Information Technology (IT) is defined as a strategic tool for organization (Buhalis, 2004). The benefits of mobile technology offered to the organization are the same as the benefits offered by other forms of information technology. The main benefits of using IT for the organization is an enhance their productivity (Hitt and Brynjolfsson, 1996), reducing costs and labor and improving profits (Santhanam and Hartono, 2003; Buhalis, 2004; Jarvenpaa and Ives, 1990; Brown et al., 1995; Ryan and Harrison,2000). Therefore, the first bank that implements IT will benefit from the appearance of having a brand more competitive and bigger market share (Salehi and Alipour, 2010).
